AI that does the busywork for service companies.
I help service companies understand where AI can actually help, and find a useful first project: practical changes to how calls, paperwork, scheduling and follow-up already happen in your business. Not a software product.

The short version
Most local businesses don't need another app. They need calls answered, quotes followed up, paperwork moved along, and information typed once.
What I do
Four kinds of work. Every one starts from how your business already runs.
- 01AI assessmentI walk through how work moves today, from first contact through delivery, billing and follow-up, and identify where time is lost, handoffs drop, or the same information gets re-entered.
- 02Workflow automationSmall, specific automations, built inside the tools you already use and tested with your team before they go live.
- 03AI assistantsDrafting, summarizing and triage for your staff, with a person reviewing anything a customer sees.
- 04Training & supportI help you get more out of your existing CRM, scheduling, phone, email, document and accounting tools, and document what I build so your team can run it.

One HVAC job, before and after
Pick a stage. Before is how most offices run it today. After is the same job with the handoffs automated inside the tools you already use. A person still answers the phone and approves anything a customer sees.

Example estimate, not a quote
How many hours could a first project free up?
Use your own numbers. This is arithmetic, not a measurement of your business, and it isn't a promise of results.
3 people × 10 hrs/week × 25% = 7.5 hrs/week · × 48 working weeks
7.5hours a week
≈ 360hours a year, as an example
Example only. It multiplies the numbers you entered and assumes 48 working weeks. It is not a measurement of your business, a quote or a promise. Results depend on your workflows, tools, data and team adoption. Nothing you enter here is sent anywhere unless you choose to continue to the contact form.
How a pilot works
See the full processStep 01
Call
You tell me what's taking up your team's time. I ask about calls, scheduling, paperwork and follow-up, and which tools you already pay for.
You leave with · a clear yes or no on whether an assessment is worth it
Step 02
Audit
I learn how your business runs and walk through the workflows you pick, from first contact through delivery, billing and follow-up.
You leave with · a ranked list of bottlenecks with effort estimates
Step 03
Pilot
You choose a useful first project. I configure your existing tools first, then build targeted automations within the agreed scope, tested with your team before they go live.
You leave with · working automations in accounts you own
Step 04
Support
I test with your team, document what I built, and we agree on next steps, or stop.
You leave with · documentation your team can run without me
How engagements are scoped
- Scope is defined up front. We agree in writing on specific workflows and deliverables before work begins.
- Hours are capped. Scope changes are discussed and agreed first.
- No unlimited development. This isn't an open-ended build or on-call IT service.
- You keep control. Automations live in, or connect to, accounts you own, and are documented for your team.
How we can work together
Scope and hours agreed in writing first.
01
Assessment
A short, fixed-scope look at how work moves through your company. You get a ranked list of bottlenecks with effort estimates and a recommended first project. Useful on its own, whether or not we go further.
02
Project
One useful first project, scoped in writing with capped hours. I configure the tools you already use, build targeted automations, test them with your team and hand off documentation.
03
Retainer
For companies that want ongoing help after a project: an agreed number of hours each month for new workflows, adjustments and training, with scope agreed in advance. Not an on-call IT service.
