Dental front desks juggle phones, recalls, insurance verification and new-patient paperwork all at once. Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft include many automation features, and most practices use a fraction of them.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

The 2023 Census County Business Patterns file counts 381 dentist office establishments in Ada and Canyon counties (299 in Ada, 82 in Canyon). Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns

Where the time goes

What slows the office down

Recall lists nobody worksPatients overdue for hygiene visits sit on a recall list that the front desk never has time to call through.
Paper and PDF intakeNew patients fill out forms on a clipboard or a PDF, and staff retype the information into the practice management system.
Insurance verification prepVerifying benefits before appointments means repeated portal logins and calls the day before.

Recall outreachOverdue patients get reminders with an online booking link through your practice's approved messaging tool.
Digital intake formsNew-patient forms are completed online before the visit and flow into the practice management system through a BAA-covered tool.
Verification worklistUpcoming appointments needing benefit checks are listed each morning with the information staff need.
Confirmations and waitlistConfirmations go out automatically, and cancellations trigger an offer to waitlisted patients.
Review requestsPatients get a review request after their visit, with no health information in the message.

Admin only, by design

I don't touch treatment plans, clinical notes or diagnoses. The projects are the ones that keep the schedule full and the front desk sane. That boundary keeps the scope clear and the compliance burden manageable.

Using what you already pay for

Many practices already pay for a patient communication platform such as Weave or NexHealth, alongside their practice management system. Configuring recall, confirmation and intake features properly is often the whole first project.

Message templates contain the minimum information needed and are approved by your office manager.

Data handling

What stays where

Dental offices hold protected health information under HIPAA. I work only on front-office workflows such as recalls, confirmations, forms logistics and review requests. Treatment plans, charts and clinical notes are off limits, and any system that touches PHI must be covered by a business associate agreement (BAA) with your practice.

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

FAQ

Dental offices questions

Are you HIPAA certified?

There's no official HIPAA certification. I limit the work to admin workflows and use tools your practice has a BAA with.

Can automation answer clinical questions?

No. Clinical questions go to your clinical team.

Will patients notice?

They'll notice faster confirmations and easier forms. Messages are written in your practice's voice.
