Health practices have front desks that never stop: phones, scheduling, recalls, intake and insurance prep. I automate that administrative work using tools your practice already has or can cover with a business associate agreement. I don't touch clinical records, diagnoses or treatment.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Why admin only

HIPAA treats any vendor that handles protected health information on a practice's behalf as a business associate, which requires a BAA and careful controls. Limiting the scope to scheduling, reminders, intake logistics and reviews keeps the work useful and the compliance clear.

Clinical documentation, care decisions and anything a provider signs stay entirely with your clinical team.

What the work looks like day to day

Front desks in health practices answer the same questions all day: hours, directions, parking, which forms to bring, whether a plan is accepted. Meanwhile, recall lists go unworked and open slots go unfilled. The fix isn't more staff; it's letting the systems handle the predictable parts.

Most practice management and patient communication platforms can already send recalls, confirm appointments, collect forms in advance and request reviews. Turning those features on, writing the templates and checking that they actually fire is often a few weeks of work that the office never had time to do.

What practices underuse

Practice management and patient communication platforms already include online booking, recalls, confirmations and digital forms. Many practices pay for these features and still run recalls by phone and intake on clipboards. Configuring what you have is usually the first project.

Messages with minimal information

Reminders and follow-ups contain only what's needed: time, place and a link. Templates are approved by your office manager, and patients can opt out of texts.

How we'd work together

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

FAQ

Health admin questions

Do you work with medical clinics?

Yes, on the same admin-only basis: scheduling, reminders and intake. Dental, PT, chiropractic and veterinary offices are the most common.

Will you sign a BAA?

If a project requires me to access PHI, we'll discuss a BAA before any work starts. Most projects are configured so I don't need PHI access.

Can AI answer patient questions?

Only administrative ones, like hours and directions. Clinical questions go to your team.
