Construction companies already own project-management platforms such as Buildertrend, JobTread and Procore. Most use a slice of them while the rest of the coordination runs on phone calls, texts and late-night emails. I build out what you have so the coordination runs itself.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Which page fits your business

This page is the overview for the whole category. If you already know your workflow, go straight to the detailed page:

Remodelers: Estimates, change orders and homeowner updates.

Home builders: Buyer selections, schedules, trade notifications and warranty.

Procore bids and RFIs for GCs: Bid invitations, RFI and submittal logs, daily reports and pay applications.

Coordination is the hidden cost

Every job involves owners or buyers, subs, suppliers, inspectors and the office. Each change ripples to several people. When those updates rely on someone remembering to call, things slip: a sub shows up early, a selection is late, a change order is never signed.

Schedule-driven notifications, structured change orders and regular client updates remove most of those slips without adding a coordinator.

What the work looks like day to day

Most construction offices are small: an owner, a project manager or two and an office manager who handles everything else. That person is often the bottleneck. They chase invoices, call subs, update clients and keep the schedule in their head.

The goal of automation here is to get that knowledge out of one person's head and into a system that sends the reminders on its own. When the schedule changes, the right subs hear about it. When a selection is due, the client gets a nudge. When a change order is approved, the budget updates and accounting knows.

Residential and commercial

Remodelers and home builders deal with homeowners who want constant updates and decisions that hold up the schedule. Commercial GCs and specialty subs deal with documents: bids, RFIs, submittals and pay applications. The pages below go into each.

Boundaries

I don't give legal advice on contracts or lien rights, and I don't make engineering or pricing decisions. Automation organizes and drafts; your team decides and signs.

How we'd work together

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

FAQ

Construction questions

Do we need Procore?

No. Many smaller companies do well with Buildertrend, JobTread or even well-organized Microsoft 365.

Can field crews use this?

Yes, from a phone. The goal is fewer calls, not more apps.

What about trades like HVAC or electrical?

Service-focused trades are in the home services section.
