AI and automation, industry by industry

Most businesses I talk to already pay for software that could run half their office. You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.
We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well.

Why industry matters
The automation itself is rarely the hard part. Knowing which workflow to automate first, which software a business in your industry actually runs on and which rules apply to customer messages and client data is what makes a project useful instead of a science experiment.
A roofing company and a CPA firm both chase people for information, but one is chasing homeowners for insurance photos and the other is chasing clients for W-2s. The tools, the timing and the compliance boundaries are different, so the pages below are organized by industry, then by specific type of business.
Every project follows the same pattern: a short call, a written scope with capped hours, a build inside your existing accounts and testing with your team before anything goes live.

FAQ
Industry questions
What do these industries have in common?
Each one runs on software that can automate far more than it currently does, and each has an office team doing repetitive handoffs by hand. The work is the same: build out the tools you already pay for.
My industry isn't listed. Should I still reach out?
Yes. If your team retypes information between systems, chases people for documents or answers the same questions every day, there's likely a good first project. A 15-minute call is enough to tell.
Do you specialize in one industry?
My deepest experience is in home services, from running operations at Boise Valley Heating & Air. The same approach carries over to other office-heavy businesses, with the compliance rules of each industry built in.
