Bookkeeping automation: month-end close, minus the busywork
Opens Google Calendar to pick a time. We meet on Google Meet or in person.
Bookkeepers already use QuickBooks Online or Xero, bank feeds and receipt-capture tools. What eats the month is everything around them: chasing receipts, asking clients what a charge was, and running the same close checklist for every client by hand.
You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Scale without hiring
A bookkeeping firm's capacity is the number of clients each person can close each month. Taking the questions, reminders and checklist tracking off their plate raises that number without changing the quality of the work.
The bookkeeper still reviews every categorization and every close.
Where AI helps and where it doesn't
AI is good at suggesting categories, drafting client questions in plain language and summarizing a month's activity. It isn't a replacement for reconciliation or professional judgment, and its suggestions should always be reviewed before they hit the books.
Data handling
What stays where
Bank feeds, receipts and ledgers stay in QuickBooks, Xero and your document tool. Suggested categorizations are reviewed by a bookkeeper before posting, client data isn't copied into public AI tools, and access uses your existing user permissions. Bookkeeping firms are also covered by the FTC Safeguards Rule, so I document what I build for your security plan.
We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.
Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.
No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.
Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

Bookkeeping firms questions
Do you replace our bookkeeping software?
No. QuickBooks Online or Xero stays at the center. I build around it.
Can clients answer questions without logging in?
Usually yes, through a secure link or your existing client portal, depending on what your firm already uses.
We're a solo bookkeeper. Is this for us?
It can be. Solo bookkeepers often get the biggest relief from automated reminders and checklists.
