Service area
Where I work
I'm based in Meridian and work with service companies across the Treasure Valley: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, Star, Kuna. The offer is the same everywhere. Start with a 15-minute discovery call, and I'll tell you honestly whether AI can help with the work that eats your team's week.
Local pages
Boise
The largest market in the valley, plus Star, and Canyon County shops that work across the county line.
Meridian
My home base, and the fastest-growing part of Ada County's service economy.
Nampa
Canyon County's largest city, with many owner-run crews working along the I-84 corridor.
Caldwell
The Canyon County seat, where trades sit alongside agricultural, winery and professional businesses.
Kuna
A fast-growing south-valley town where small shops are catching up with new neighborhoods.
Eagle
North-valley service and professional businesses whose clients expect quick, polished follow-up.
Statewide
Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Twin Falls, Coeur d'Alene and everywhere between, mostly remote.
Star and nearby towns
Same offer and the same process. See how it works or the trade pages for HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
What's the same everywhere
The first step
Every engagement starts with a 15-minute discovery call. You describe where the week goes. I tell you whether there's a workflow worth fixing first, or that there isn't. If there is, the next step is an optional written AI assessment that maps your current tools and scopes one capped project.
Your tools, your accounts
I build inside the software you already pay for, such as your field-service platform, your accounting package and your phone system, before suggesting anything new. Whatever gets built lives in accounts you own, with plain-language documentation, so you aren't dependent on me to keep it running.
Who it's for
Service companies with an office that's stretched thin: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping and similar trades, plus professional offices drowning in admin. Health practices are supported for admin workflows only, never clinical records.
What differs by area
Mostly the business mix. Ada County, which includes Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star and Kuna, has more of the larger trade shops with a real back office. Canyon County, which includes Nampa and Caldwell, has many owner-operated crews where the owner is also the dispatcher and the bookkeeper. The work looks different. For a larger office it's usually call handling and quote follow-up. For an owner-operator it's usually getting invoicing and scheduling off their evenings.
The local pages above go into the numbers for each area, with sources. If your town isn't listed, the offer still applies. Book a call and tell me where you are.
Outside the valley?
Most of the work happens in your own software accounts over a screen share, so distance matters less than you'd think. Mountain Home, Emmett, Payette and Ontario shops follow the same process. The difference with a local consultant is accountability: someone in the same time zone and the same seasonal rhythm, who knows that a July heat wave or a January cold snap will test whatever we built.
A practical note on meetings: I work both in person and remotely. Inside the Treasure Valley I'm glad to meet at your shop, especially when it helps to watch the dispatch board or the front counter during a busy hour. The discovery call and most testing happen by phone or video, which keeps the hours you pay for focused on building and lets your office manager join from their desk.
If you're farther away, book the call anyway. I'll tell you on the call whether it makes sense to work together.
