Cleaning business automation: quotes, schedules and checklists without the chaos
Opens Google Calendar to pick a time. We meet on Google Meet or in person.
Cleaning companies juggle quotes for new clients, recurring schedules, staff who change shifts and clients who want proof the job was done. Most of the coordination is repetitive, and most of it can be handled by tools you already have once they're set up properly.
You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Residential and commercial are different businesses
Residential cleaning lives on fast quotes, reliable recurring visits and good reviews. Commercial janitorial work lives on contracts, checklists, supply tracking and documentation for facility managers. A first project should match which side of the business is under the most strain.
Many valley companies do both, and the office feels the difference every day.
Supplies and turnover
Supply orders and new-hire onboarding are two quiet time sinks. A simple supply request form that feeds a running order list, and an onboarding checklist that sends the same training links to every new cleaner, save the owner a surprising number of evenings.
Data handling
What stays where
Client addresses, access codes and staff information stay in your own accounts with access limited to the people who need it. Text messages to clients and staff follow consent and opt-out rules.
We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.
Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.
No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.
Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

Cleaning & janitorial questions
Can quotes be fully automatic?
They can be drafted automatically from your rules, but I recommend a person reviews each quote before it goes out, at least until you trust the numbers.
We pay staff through a separate payroll tool. Can timesheets connect?
Often yes. Connecting visit records to payroll timesheets is a common project, scoped once we see which tools you use.
Do you work with commercial janitorial firms?
Yes. Checklists, documentation for facility managers and contract renewals are typical first projects.
