Landscaping automation: renewals, quotes and crew notes that run themselves
Opens Google Calendar to pick a time. We meet on Google Meet or in person.
Landscaping is a business of recurring customers and short seasons. Mowing contracts renew every spring, install quotes go out in a rush, and crews need the right notes before they leave the yard. The tools to automate most of that are already in Jobber, LMN or Aspire.
You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.
The 2023 Census County Business Patterns file counts 549 landscaping services establishments in Ada and Canyon counties (315 in Ada, 234 in Canyon), the largest of the home-service trades in the valley. Source: U.S. Census Bureau, County Business Patterns

The shoulder-season advantage
Most landscaping offices have a slow stretch from late fall through winter. That's the time to build the renewal sequence, clean up customer records and set up quote templates, so the system is ready when the March rush hits.
A project scoped in November can be tested on a small batch of customers in January and run at full volume by spring.
Maintenance and enhancement work
Recurring maintenance customers are also the best prospects for enhancements like aeration, irrigation upgrades and seasonal color. A simple rule that suggests the right upsell at the right time of year, for your office to send, turns your customer list into a steady source of add-on work.
Data handling
What stays where
Customer lists, property notes and billing stay in your own field-service and accounting accounts. Any text campaign is set up with consent and an easy opt-out, as the TCPA requires.
We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.
Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.
No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.
Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

Landscaping & lawn care questions
We use Jobber. Do we need anything else?
Usually not. Jobber has quote follow-ups, automated reminders and client hub features many crews never configure. We start there.
Can renewals handle different service tiers?
Yes. Renewal offers can be built from each customer's current package, so a weekly mowing customer and a full-service customer get the right offer.
Is this worth it for a three-crew company?
Often. Smaller companies feel the office load most, because the owner usually does the admin.
