Remodeling jobs live and die on communication. Homeowners want updates, subs need schedules, and every change order needs to be priced, signed and tracked. Most remodelers already have Buildertrend, JobTread or CompanyCam; few have it set up to carry that load.

You already have the tools. You just haven't had time to build them out. I do it for you.

Where the time goes

What slows the office down

Leads that wait for a site visitInquiries come in faster than the owner can visit sites, and the ones that wait a week often hire someone else.
Change orders on the flyA homeowner asks for an upgrade on site, the crew agrees, and the change order gets written up days later, if at all. Disputes at final billing follow.
Homeowners who call for updatesWithout a regular update, homeowners call the owner directly to ask what's happening, often in the middle of another job.

Lead intake and site-visit bookingInquiries are captured with photos and project details, and the homeowner gets a booking link for the site visit right away.
Change-order workflowChanges are logged from the field, priced from your templates, sent for e-signature and added to the job budget.
Weekly client updateA short update is drafted each week from the schedule, daily logs and photos, for the project manager to approve.
Sub scheduling noticesSubcontractors get schedule confirmations and changes automatically when the job schedule moves.
Selections remindersHomeowners get reminders for selections that are due, before a missing choice holds up the crew.

The owner as bottleneck

In most remodeling companies under twenty people, the owner is the salesperson, estimator, project manager and the person every homeowner wants to talk to. The fastest relief comes from making the software answer the routine questions so the owner only handles the important ones.

That starts with consistent intake, change orders and weekly updates.

Photos as the record

CompanyCam and similar tools collect thousands of photos. Tagged and attached to the right stage of the job, they become the record that settles disputes, supports warranty claims and makes the final walkthrough faster.

Data handling

What stays where

Client contracts, photos and budgets stay in your own project-management and accounting accounts. Texts to homeowners and subs follow consent and opt-out rules. I don't give legal advice on contracts or lien rights.

We can meet in person in the Treasure Valley or over video, whichever suits you. Remote projects for Idaho businesses work just as well. Nearby: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, statewide.

Time back, not revenue promises. The systems I build are designed to save your team real hours on the work we automate. I don't guarantee specific revenue or lead numbers.

No compliance guarantees. I don't provide legal, tax, regulatory, licensing or data-privacy advice or certification.

Results come from willingness to innovate. The businesses that win are the ones ready to adopt new tools and change how work gets done.

FAQ

Remodelers questions

We tried Buildertrend and stopped using half of it. Can you help?

Yes. That's the most common situation I see. We pick the parts that matter and set them up properly.

Can change orders be signed on a phone?

Yes. E-signature on a phone is standard, and the signed change can update the job budget automatically.

Do you work with design-build firms?

Yes. Selections tracking and client updates are often the first projects there.
